The focus

My particular focus is millennial women: navigating careers, business ownership, motherhood and evolving ambitions, while questioning the version of success we grew up with.

The experience

Through She Almighty, I’ve spent a decade working with and listening to women across life stages, industries and backgrounds—hearing their ambitions, challenges and the recurring themes that connect their experiences. Drawing on more than 15 years in people and personal development, alongside my own experience of entrepreneurship and motherhood, I connect individual stories with wider questions about work, identity, opportunity and what it means to thrive.
