02Using the website
The website provides information about services and access to authorised member experiences. Content is general information, not individual medical, legal, financial or therapeutic advice. Descriptions should be read alongside the particular offer and any written service agreement.
Do not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, impersonate others or interfere with other visitors. External links, including retailers and booking services, open services with their own terms.
03Coaching, programmes and corporate work
- Life & Career Strategy Intensive: a single private 90-minute coaching session with Mikaela, separate from an ongoing partnership or self-guided course.
- Coaching with Mikaela: Clarity & Momentum, Growth & Direction and The Strategic Partnership. Scope, allocated appointments, payment arrangement and activation should be confirmed for each engagement.
- Bigger Life Blueprint: digital reflection and planning materials with a member experience. Access belongs to the programme purchased or expressly granted.
- Our Bigger Year: a planned 2027 programme and private member community. A waiting-list registration is not a purchase, guaranteed place or promise of access.
- Other courses, workshops, corporate coaching and speaking: only the services expressly described and agreed are included. A preview or “coming soon” item is not an available product.
- Books: where a link takes you to an external retailer, the retailer handles that purchase under its own delivery, returns and payment terms.
Coaching is a collaborative process, not therapy, medical treatment or a guarantee of a job, income, business result or particular outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions. Seek appropriately qualified help where needed.
04Purchases, prices and payment options
The Life & Career Strategy Intensive is £297 and the Bigger Life Blueprint is £49. Coaching partnerships are Clarity & Momentum (£1,795 in full or 3 payments of £630; total £1,890), Growth & Direction (£2,995 in full or 6 payments of £555; total £3,330), and The Strategic Partnership (£5,495 in full or 12 payments of £540; total £6,480). Prices are in pounds sterling. Check the product, total price, any applicable taxes, payment schedule and access arrangements before ordering. Payments on this website use Stripe where checkout is enabled. Access follows verified payment or an authorised grant, not simply reaching a confirmation page. Coaching partnerships additionally require manual activation.
The checkout currently operates in a testing environment; a test transaction is not a live purchase or an entitlement to real-world delivery. Disabled purchase options must not be treated as active offers.
Where an instalment option is offered, the number, amount and timing of payments should be clear before purchase. An instalment plan and a rolling subscription are different arrangements; cancellation of an automated payment must not be assumed to settle a separate agreed service balance.
05Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
Discovery calls use an external Calendly booking link. Purchased coaching appointments use their own eligible booking links or confirmed manual arrangements; a discovery call is not a paid coaching appointment. Available session allocations and confirmed bookings are shown separately.
Contact She Almighty promptly if you need to change or cancel a session. Where Calendly provides appointment-specific cancellation or rescheduling links, use the links for that appointment and check the resulting confirmation.
06Refunds and UK consumer rights
If you buy as a consumer, mandatory UK consumer protections apply and cannot be removed by these terms. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill; digital content must meet applicable quality, fitness and description requirements. Appropriate remedies may include repeat performance, repair/replacement or a price reduction depending on the circumstances.
For many distance service contracts, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. If you expressly request that a service begins during that period, a proportionate payment for work supplied may be due when you cancel. The right is lost after full performance only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Different rules and exceptions can apply to a particular product.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the cancellation right can be lost when supply begins only after your express consent to early supply and acknowledgement that the right will be lost, with the required confirmation. Opening an account or clicking a general purchase button should not be treated as that consent.
Tell us clearly by email at mikaela@shealmighty.com if you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right. Statutory cancellation refunds are normally due within 14 days of being informed, subject to the applicable rules. See GOV.UK guidance on distance selling.
07Digital access and member accounts
The website’s account-creation journey uses a purchase invitation or authorised She Almighty invitation. Creating an account does not itself grant programme access. Keep credentials confidential, use your own account and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Invitations and programme access are personal to the intended member.
The portal restricts programme content to the relevant access grant. Coaching may show “Awaiting Activation” before private partnership content opens. Account access does not automatically include every programme or community.
Payment handling currently removes affected access after a full one-off refund, pauses subscription access after the final unsuccessful payment retry, and can restore it after successful payment. Subscription cancellation is recorded through the paid period. These mechanisms are not a substitute for agreed consumer cancellation or instalment terms, and do not establish that outstanding instalments are waived.
08Gift cards and vouchers
The Gift of Clarity is associated with the single Intensive; the Gift of Possibility with the Blueprint; the Gift of Growth is a monetary contribution towards coaching. The configured test journey collects recipient details, an optional message and your delivery choice. Voucher codes are issued after verified payment.
The buyer is intended to receive the voucher code. The recipient is emailed only if the buyer selects direct recipient delivery; otherwise the buyer shares the code themselves. Keep codes private. Clarity and Possibility redemption uses the member account; Growth contributions require staff application to coaching rather than automatic cash or checkout credit.
Scheduled gift email delivery is not currently available. Gift email delivery has not been verified; contact us if your voucher does not arrive. These limitations apply to the current test journey, not an invitation to place a live order.
09Community participation
Our Bigger Year includes a restricted member community with posts, comments and reactions; an optional directory lets members choose whether to appear. Content posted in the community is visible to eligible fellow members and moderators, not just the author.
Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not post another person’s confidential information, unlawful material, harassment or discriminatory content. A private community cannot guarantee that another member will never copy or disclose a post.
10Materials, confidentiality and boundaries
Website and programme materials may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. A purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights. Obtain permission before republishing, distributing or commercially reusing protected materials.
Coaching involves personal information. Use the appropriate private portal areas rather than community posts for confidential reflections. Private-by-default work, items you expressly share with your coach and coach-created notes have different access arrangements, described in the Privacy Policy.
11Liability, law and complaints
Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. No additional liability cap is imposed here.
