But it wasn’t always this way. In 2013, I hit a turning point — unhappy in my job, relationship, and life. I realised that only I could make the change. Discovering coaching transformed everything. It became the catalyst for meeting my husband, starting my business, and creating a life of purpose, freedom, and fulfilment.

Now, living in Hampshire with my husband and two boys, I’m grateful every day for the inner work, action, and persistence that made it all possible. Investing in myself has been the best decision I’ve ever made — and it’s the same for the women I coach.
